There is one person on the other side, always the same. And every credential is independently verifiable.
What this is
An independent trustee for Florida trusts, serving Spanish-speaking owners.
Accepting the office of trustee, executing the trust document, administering the trust property and accounting for it. That is the whole of it.
The trust types are described in full, in Spanish. Ver los tipos de trust →
Who holds the position
A qualified professional, a US citizen, resident in Florida — which is what trust law requires.
The clients are Spanish-speaking owners placing part of their wealth in the United States. The trustee thinks and operates as American, and relates in the client’s own code.
And it is always the same person. There is no rotating team and no assigned account manager: what stands behind the function is technology, not headcount.
Credentials
US certifications, each independently verifiable.
The ones this function rests on:
| CMA — Certified Management Accountant | Accounting and finance. The basis of administration and of accounting to beneficiaries |
| CTP — Certified Treasury Professional | Treasury, cash management and banking relationships |
| CAIA — Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst | How investments are structured, valued and reported |
| Series 65 | The US examination qualifying a person to act as an investment adviser |
| Trust administration training | Specific to this function |
All of them are verified directly, in conversation, together with the person’s identity.
How the position is held
- Always as a fiduciary. The trust is administered solely in the beneficiaries’ interest, with loyalty, impartiality and prudent administration. Here that is a legal obligation, not a working principle.
- Trust property is held in the trust’s name, identified and kept separate from the trustee’s own and from any other client’s.
- Due diligence runs both ways. The owner knows who will hold the office, and the person holding it knows the case. The relationship does not begin before that.
- No conflicts of interest. No commission or markup is taken from any third party, and the owner always appoints their own attorney and CPA.
- Trusts are Florida trusts, because the law requires the trustee to reside in the state where the trust is created.
- ⛔ There is no co-trustee. The office is personal and is not shared.
Why there is no name or photograph here
This function administers other people’s privacy. It starts with its own.
The person is identified and verified directly, which is where verification carries weight. What this site states is the function, the credentials and the framework in which they are exercised.
For a bank, a counterparty, a broker or a closing agent: identity, credentials, the trustee’s authority and the relevant documentation are provided on request, through the client.
The entry process is described in Spanish.
